South Florida Luxury Kitchen Remodeling
The Right Cabinets and Countertops Change Everything.
You don't always need to tear out a kitchen to transform it. New cabinetry and countertops are the highest-impact, highest-ROI kitchen upgrades you can make -- and Avani installs them with the precision and quality they deserve.

The Two Elements That Define How Your Kitchen Looks and Feels
Walk into any kitchen and your eye goes to two things immediately: the cabinetry and the countertops. They define the visual language of the space, they set the perceived quality of everything around them, and they're the first things a buyer notices when a home goes on the market.
Which is exactly why replacing or upgrading them -- without touching anything else -- can transform a kitchen completely. New custom cabinetry replaces the visual weight of outdated boxes. A premium countertop surface makes an entire kitchen feel like it was designed by someone who cared. Together, they're the most efficient path from where your kitchen is to where you want it to be.
At Avani, we handle custom and semi-custom cabinetry installation and premium countertop fabrication and installation as a standalone service -- or as part of a broader remodeling project. Either way, our standard is the same: precision installation, premium materials, and results that hold up to daily use and long-term scrutiny.
"New cabinets and countertops are the fastest way to make a kitchen feel like it was built yesterday -- even if the rest of the room hasn't changed."
Cabinetry Built for Your Kitchen -- Not a Showroom Floor
Most kitchen cabinets are built to fit a standard size and then wedged into spaces that don't quite match. Custom cabinetry is the opposite: it's designed and built from scratch around your exact kitchen dimensions, your storage needs, and your design preferences. The result is a kitchen that looks intentional -- because every inch of it is.

The Right Surface for Your Kitchen, Your Life, and Your Budget
A countertop is one of the most used surfaces in your home. It needs to handle daily cooking, spills, heat, and impact -- while looking like it belongs in a design publication. Choosing the wrong material means years of maintenance frustration. Choosing the right one means a surface you never think twice about.
At Avani, we help you navigate the full range of countertop options -- from engineered quartz to natural marble, quartzite, granite, and ultra-compact surfaces -- and we manage the full process from slab selection through fabrication and installation. You choose your exact piece. We handle everything else.

Cabinets and Countertops Are Only as Good as the Hands That Install Them
The difference between a cabinet job that looks right and one that looks exceptional isn't always the material -- it's the installation. Gaps, uneven reveals, doors that don't hang true, countertop seams that show. These are the things that separate a precision installation from an adequate one. Here's what you get when you work with Avani:
Experienced Remodeling Team Accountability
We're not a cabinet company or a countertop installer. We're an experienced remodeling team who installs cabinetry and stone as part of a complete remodeling scope. That means every trade involved -- plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting -- is managed through us. You have one point of contact and one team accountable for the entire result.
Precision That Shows
Custom cabinetry installation is a finish trade. The reveals have to be even, the doors have to hang true, the scribe work at walls and ceilings has to be clean. Our installers work to a standard that shows -- and that holds up to daily use over years of opening and closing.
Material Knowledge You Can Use
We've worked with every major countertop material and cabinet line in the South Florida market. We know which quartz manufacturers hold up in our humidity and heat, which stone fabricators deliver consistent quality, and which cabinet lines offer the best value at each price tier. That knowledge protects your investment and your budget.
Budget-Flexible, Not Budget-Limited
We don't have a minimum material tier or a single way of working. Whether you're investing $15,000 in a targeted cabinet and countertop refresh or $60,000 in a custom cabinetry suite with exotic stone, we adapt our material recommendations and project approach to maximize what you're investing. No upsell pressure. No 'you get what you pay for' condescension.
A Straightforward Process from Consultation to Completion
We visit your kitchen, take measurements, discuss your goals and budget, and walk through your material options. You leave the consultation with a clear picture of what's possible and what it will cost -- no guessing.
We provide cabinet design drawings and countertop material samples. For natural stone, we take you to the slab yard to choose your exact piece. All selections are approved by you before anything goes on order.
Cabinetry goes into production (4-14 weeks depending on type). Countertop slabs are ordered and templating is scheduled after cabinet installation. We coordinate all lead times so the project flows without delays.
Our team demo's existing cabinets, handles any necessary wall prep, and installs new cabinetry to a precision standard. Plumbing, electrical, and drywall work is coordinated in this phase as needed.
After cabinets are set, we template the exact countertop dimensions, send to fabrication, and install the finished stone. Sink cutout, undermount installation, and backsplash work are completed in this final phase.
Your Cabinets & Countertops Questions — Answered
Cabinet replacement in South Florida typically ranges from $15,000 to $60,000+ depending on kitchen size, cabinet type (stock, semi-custom, or full custom), and the scope of work involved. At Avani, we work with semi-custom and full custom cabinetry on projects starting at $30,000. We provide a detailed estimate after an in-home consultation so you know exactly what you're investing.
Countertop costs vary widely by material and kitchen size. As a general range: engineered quartz runs $70-$120 per square foot installed, natural quartzite and marble $90-$150+ per square foot, and ultra-compact surfaces like Dekton can run $120-$180+ per square foot. We help you find the best material for your budget during the consultation -- and we never push you toward the most expensive option.
Semi-custom cabinets come in standard sizes with a wide range of finish, door style, and organizational add-on options. They offer a high-end look with a shorter lead time (4-8 weeks) and lower cost than full custom. Full custom cabinets are built to your exact dimensions with unlimited design options -- ideal if you have a non-standard layout, very specific design requirements, or want truly unlimited material and finish choices. We help you decide during the consultation based on your kitchen and your investment.
For durability in a high-use kitchen, engineered quartz and ultra-compact surfaces (Dekton, Neolith) are the top performers. Quartz is non-porous, scratch-resistant, and requires no sealing. Dekton is virtually indestructible and handles heat directly. Natural quartzite is also very durable while offering the beauty of natural stone. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs based on how you actually use your kitchen.
A full cabinet and countertop replacement typically takes 4 to 10 weeks from signed contract to completion. Custom cabinetry has a 6-14 week production lead time; semi-custom is typically 4-8 weeks. Countertop templating and fabrication adds 1-2 weeks after cabinets are installed. We build a detailed timeline at the start of every project.
Absolutely -- countertop-only replacement is a common and high-impact project. We handle templating, fabrication, and installation as a standalone service. The process takes 2-4 weeks from consultation to completion depending on material and fabrication schedule. It's one of the fastest ways to meaningfully update a kitchen.
